The importance of laying a solid foundation early in life is highlighted in our assignment SULAM, which is probably focused on essential skills like literacy, numeracy, or social-emotional learning.  Similar to how a strong building needs a strong foundation, success in many facets of life frequently hinges on a solid base of information and abilities picked up from childhood.  As beneficial experiences can mold a child's worldview, the project probably highlights the value of play and exploration in learning.  Given that kindergarteners can accomplish more as a team than as an individual, SULAM probably also helps to promote the idea of cooperation and teamwork.  All of them are worthwhile life lessons that one may put to use.
